This website is operated under the proposed name Seva Health & Wellness for a New York healthcare practice in development. Telehealth-first launch and future services
The practice intends to begin with telehealth services for eligible patients located in New York, once operational and professional requirements have been satisfied. Telehealth is not yet available for booking. In-person primary care, aesthetic procedures (including Botox), and any other in-office services are future plans and are not currently offered. Descriptions of future services do not constitute a guarantee that any service will launch.
Appointments, eligibility, and clinical decisions
Buttons such as “Book Appointment” currently lead to informational contact pages, not a working clinical booking service. If telehealth becomes available, care will depend on the patient’s location at the time of the visit, provider licensure, clinical suitability, required consents, and applicable rules. A clinician may determine that a virtual visit is inappropriate and recommend in-person or urgent evaluation. Insurance participation, fees, cancellation rules, and payment arrangements will be provided separately before appointments become available.
Medications and outcomes
Any future prescriptions, including FDA-approved medications discussed for weight management or other care, will require an individual clinical assessment and must be lawful and medically appropriate. Website content is not an offer to prescribe any particular drug. No treatment outcome is promised.
Contact and sensitive information
For general business questions, email contact@sevahealthandwellness.com. Do not send medical histories, diagnoses, photographs of medical conditions, insurance identifiers, payment card information, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive information to the general email address. The website contact form is not active. When launched, patient communications and intake will use a separately identified appropriate secure clinical workflow. We cannot promise that ordinary email is encrypted end to end.
